it's say preactivated, but i'm try install on my laptop, not activated, try with kms pico but usually activated 180days, can i get permanent activated free? hehe

Have you try to install the via windows update?
It's free even with cracked windows...so you will have your copy of windows and legit for this laptop ONLY..then you can make your own media of windows 10..
You have to do that until June 30 2016.
