HELP windows 8.1 problems

hello all just a question my computer is not letting me install kmspico every time i try this pops up 'operation did not complete successfully because the file contains a virus or potentially unwanted software.' please help ive tried going to windows defender blocking avg, for 1 hour still the same thing

Disable your antivirus, try different version of KMS.
