How to burn a navigation torrent successfully?

Hi,I download a navigation torrent for an Audi A6 4.2 Quattro.The problem is there are too many files inside the torrent and I don't know which I should burn to the disc.Also I downloaded another navi torrent with less files but i am still not sure I should use.
