Wifi adapter connection is not showing and as bluetooth also not working

windows 10 64 bit

Typical HP. It appears they have a giant parts box for wireless adapters from various manufacturers for this model. Do you know if your wireless adapter was made by 1) Realtek, 2)Ralink or, 3)Broadcom?

Try reinstalling the OEM driver package to restore most OEM manufactures have this issue with MS driver updates.
this will fix over 90% of all issues...

That a driver problem. Try re-installing it.
