Internet Download Manager ERROR

when i click on the little download tab... it says "Idm cannot transfer the download, Error 0x8002801D" (or something like that )

can anyone tell my how to fix this error????? plsssss

ive been downloading lots of idm's but they are all the same..expect where i found one that werkd..but IT STUFFED up my new comp

so if anyone has link for the good idm download pls help..

i dont know if this helps but my firefox is version 3.6.8.....
