It had to happen sooner or later. I was kind of blown away when the free upgrades were offered, an apology for the Windows 8 debacle? Then again remember when Microsoft announced Windows 10 was the end of the Windows naming convention? I guess this is a warning to those of you still running 10 or 11 on a Windows 7 product key better get a good disk back-up of your current OS cause your product key won't work with 10 anymore. Funny how 8 wasn't even mentioned.......
