MKVtoolnix is a set of tools to create, alter, split, join and inspect Matroska files(mkv). Command line tools but mkvmergeGUI frontend is included (mmg.exe). Use MKVExtractGUI2 or MKVcleaver to extract/demultiplex mkv video and audio files.

NOTE: If you have a PS3 and your using ShowTime (self) or even Integrated with MultiMan and your having problem playing .MP4 Files on it (causing you black screen with only audio running) this is your perfect solution! Merge .SRT Subtitles along with your a .MP4 and Muxe them into .MKV In less then 2min - Quality will remain Intact! as there is no Conversion.
