MS Office 2016 KMS error message

I need help in installing the MS Office PRO 2016 v16.0.4266.1003 RTM+Activator that I got from PirateBay. The first challenge was to either install the setup.exe RAR file (411,816size) or the setup64.exe RAR file (4,289,600size) in the Office folder. So b/c of my windows7 desktop being a 64bit OS, I installed the OFFICE with setup6 I had no problems with this, but with the KMSauto Net 2015 v1.3.8 Portable. This is the error I got - Cannot execute "C:\Users\gateway\AppData\Local\Temp\Rar$EXa6292.22430\MICROSOFT Office PRO Plus 2016 v16.0.4266.1003 RTM + Activator [TechTools.NET]\KMSAuto Net 2015 v1.3.8 Portable\KMSAuto Net.exe"

I'm having a similar problem. I DL'd the same software (might be a different package, but it's the same product) and I can't figure out how to even start the install. It's being seeded from thousands of sources, so I can't be the only person having issues. Is there a tutorial or documented procedure on how to get this procedure started? Do I need additional software to create the installation files from the downloaded files?

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
