5 Tips for passwords.
Making the word abc a password that wouldnt be easy to guess.
1. Use UppErcAsE and lowercase together

2. Include numbers, like your birthdate
AbC2910 That makes it EXTREMELY hard for people to guess because an infinite amount of numbers. so you could have AbC2039453530857495873459 if you wanted, as long as you wrote it down or remembered it ;P
3.Include spaces and symbols. This will make it almost virtually impossible to figure out and will need hacking tool. A_b-C@2910
4. Don't use same password for any 2 things.
Someone gets into your google account and you have Abc as your password for it all, they now have your email address.
