Photoshop 24.1 Installer Issue

Hi,
When I run the set-up.exe (even as admin) a dialog box opens (attached)but there are no options to run the install. Any Ideas?

That isn't the official installer, most likely a custom virus setup.exe. Where did you get it?

I found the issue - the installer worked on my other machines, so I knew it was environmental to the machine I was trying to install it on. Ultimately, I was able to scroll down within the dialog box, see the installer options and get it installed.
