Skype for Business in Office 2016 not working

Hi Guys, first I want to thank the admin for letting me join techtools! Cheers! I've got an issue with skype for business which is not working after I install the office 2016. I tried to DL the stand alone S4B from microsoft website and install it but then it still doesn't wanna load. Anyone here has the same issue? and I need some help on this. Thank you so much.
