start up problem

Hello there,
Newbie on the site, I have a question I hope can be easily answered. I downloaded Driver Genius Pro version 11.0.0.112. Installed it but when I clicked to run it I got this error message.
'Unable to execute file create process failed code 740'. The request operation requires elevation. Can anyone explain any of that to me?

Did you run .exe file like admin?
