Windows 10 Thumbnails scrambled

Hi
The thumbnails on my photos folder are scrambled, color stripes. Under File Explorer Options, View tab, Always show icons, never thumbnails box is unchecked. I also cleared the thumbnail cache.

My system:
Dell Inspiron 3880
Windows 10 Pro
Version 21H1
Build 19043.1288

Solved!
I had changed folder icons with "Mark Folder" to different colors for different drives. I reset the folder icons to default.
All is well now!!
