Try to Install office 2016

I am try to install office 2016 and it says always offline, even though I am here typing this so I am online right.

Is there a step I am missing. Not sure how to add a screen shot here I do have one though.

You have to open the zip file and there you will find two files: setup32.exe and setup64.exe. Choose the one you need depending on the Windows you are using. Once you click on the file it will open the installer.
