Windows 11 23H2: Windows shortcut keys not working

For somme reason my windows shortcut keys have stopped working. I tried all the usual methods to see if I could get them working but without luck. Does anyone here have a solution?

Did you disable them? It worked before...

No. I have carried out the usual checks like sfc etc and no luck, the final one I will try today will be the keyboard driver and then possible a reset.
