Microsoft has confirmed this update may potentially cause some issues with your PC after the update. That risk, in the critical times of work from home, is perhaps not the best idea.

There are many problems starting to surface in regards to this upgrade.
For those of you with laptops or all in ones with dual graphics systems be careful, that could be a huge problem.
Me I am taking a wait and see position. I guess once things get back to normal I can set up a few test systems in the lab and sacrifice them if necessary.
This seems to becoming SOP for Microsoft the past few years as Satya the CEO (the Steve Jobs wannbe) pushes Microsoft over the cliff. Kinda sad. That's what happens when you let the stockholder's try and run a company when they have little knowledge of the product they are selling. I wonder how many owners of large blocks of M/S stock use Apple computers, phones, etc? I think you would be quite surprised.

I finally got around to upgrading a laptop at work. It was no slouch performance wise.
TOOK FRIGGIN' FOREVER!!! I ended up leaving it overnight. Seemed Okay after the upgrade. Office was closed today, protest in the hood was posted in social media . I guess I will find out in the morning. Lately you never know how things will play out. This is what happens when you keep people caged up for 2 1/2 months.

Beware my friends 2004 was pushed to this machine I am on Thursday. I am not really happy with it. I know some features were added but I could care less I am not using them.
What has my ass red is many of the customizations I did to my system were changed to default. What bothers me is that means M/S went into the registry and changed some stuff they really had no business doing unless the first asked. You may want to defer this update until you have time to put the changes made back to your specs. I really doubt a rollback would help.
Very long drawn out update process. A few restarts too.
