Laptop Screen Freezing Win 10 Dual Graphics Systems

We had previously discussed screen freezes on laptop touchscreens and at least my experience has been after a fresh install of Win 10 do not allow the system on the Internet.
It will immediately go to Windows Update and download and install M/S provided drivers. I should mention this appears this problem is confined to laptops that have both Intel and AMD (ATI) graphics installed.
The system is rendered completely unusable as it is stuck in a repair loop on startup, safe mode or not. You will have to do another fresh install again not allowing the system access to the Internet. From that point I have already gone to the specific laptop (not individual hardware) manufacturer's site and downloaded all the drivers especially both graphics (video) drivers and manually install them. Once you have done this feel free to go to Windows Update and update the operating system.
I bring this up because I have encountered this problem lately on a Dell Latitude 3540 which is not a touchscreen.

I don't have the time but why not release a patch?

A user disconnects the internet, boots the system and apply the patch. The patch blocks the windows update feature.

You still need graphics drivers. Since these are headed out to users and no longer under my control I would rather allow them to get current security fixes.

A good job for the forum will be to release of an archive with all the drivers available.

How about going into bios and making one of your graphics card a primary startup, im not sure if you have a desktop or laptop most desktop NOW, have that option while laptop seem a bit more harder to deal with. but window 10 is usually good on finding drivers. but good luck

That's what the problem is. The Windows update driver files are causing the screen freezes

Personally, the first thing to do if you haven't done so is to update the BIOS. That was the problem with my Inspiron after the Mov. update.

No I did that across both HP and Dell laptops. Absolutely no change. The problem is just this. Intel and AMD have both issued drivers that perform just fine provided their graphic chips are solo or the secondary graphics system stands alone on a pci bus. For the sake of this discussion a normal update of the BIOS does not directly address the embedded graphic systems. It's worth noting that 99% of the time I am looking at recent commercial grade Dell and HP and to a lesser extent ThinkPads. I rarely see many consumer grade big box systems.
