Hi, I'm having a big issue with my windows time being wrong, I have about 4 threads to try and help me and nobody could come up with anything that worked so let's not focus on that, samsung ringtones free
I'm going to try and restart the computer fully in hope to make it go away, the problem is that I have already done a factory reset a few months ago and it didn't fix the time issue so what I'm asking is that if there are ways to make sure that everything gets reset, something even more thorough that doesn't damage anything, or is the factory reset the most effective thing to do?

Hi,

Why "reset"? you better start fresh windows 10 install...

Hmm. I trust you have the time zone set correctly, just covering all the bases.
The only thing I could possibly think of is some of the older cracked versions of programs used to just keep running the trial but kept resetting the computer's time to keep the system within the xx days the trial allotted. The crack killed the nag box as well.
Those cracks are worthless with newer versions of programs. The software authors started their own countdown timer independent of the system's time.
Gotta go with Thumper's suggestion if that's the case which it sounds very likely. If it is a crack the cracker may have diddled the registry or system files a reset isn't going to cut it. Not sure what the deal is with your system because it will vary depending on how your O/S is installed. But yeah, wipe it out and be careful what you install particularly if it's an old version. Hop on over to 1337x and check out the comments before you install anything that may be questionable.

You might try Tweaking.com Repair AIO (FREE) but if you have any old malware/crack that keep the time reset so a program will run. that has to be your issue. and RESET only does Windows and leaves your stuff alone.
