Music and voice not supported in live

Hi,
I got a new All in one HP Pavillion a few months ago. Have been trying to do a live on Quarantine Karaoke, but we can't hear the music, it seems like the computer can't take the voice and music at the same time.
I used to be able to do it on my other all in one computer which was a Chromebook. There's got to be a patch or something i can download to help me get both music and voice played at the same time. Please help, i've looked for a while but can't seem to be able to find anything.

Let me know if that works for you. I understand things are quite different than in Chrome and Windows may be a bit confusing.
I'll check out the software later today myself and see if this works, you may need a software solution but I doubt it.
