Just another step forward to breaching the gap before "Windows Universal" takes centre stage.

Imagine a world where Windows "the app" becomes available for all platforms.

I am sure this will be the case sooner or later, as those devils will most definitely want their finger in every conceivable pie that their slippery tentacles can reach and most people will gobble it up.

Windows on Linux............not far off; Edge for instance. And then there's Linux kernel for Windows.........

It appears outwardly to be a big happy gathering of the clans, as it is all smiles, handshakes and good will, BUT, Bonnie Prince Charlie will never take the throne owing to the laws of the land.

I lost trust in Microsoft a few years ago. But as the saying goes, keep your enemies closer, us Jacobites are only a hard drive away, but maybe even that may be too close for comfort before too long.

Windows for one thing, Linux for another I say, like many a "privacy concerned" PC user has said and done in the past.
