Messing around with REGEDIT and got messed

As the title insists, I was using regedit to edit my context menus, Along the way I was also making some apps default that should not have been. In the process I have accidentally done this.

Is there any way for me to change my exe files back to saying executable files? and not Photoshop project?

You just messed up file extension associations.
Follow the instructions HERE:
You should be OK. Now you know. If you are going to mess around with the registry, make sure you back it up so you can reverse any unwanted changes you may have made.
