I have followed the instructions and installed Adobe Photoshop CC 2019 Multi-language and re-installed it but it is not working. Please help

Keep getting error

Some of the application components are missing from the Application directory, Please reinstall the application.

I did that 3 times now, please help :shock: *-) :'(
