Be careful using this option if you do not know what is implied. Generally the new drivers will be mainly Beta sometimes Alpha for testing.

I fell foul of this main moons ago.

Personal recommendation, stick to a third party updating program such as Ashampoo Driver Updater, CCleaner or some other recognisable program.
