avg torrent help

I got a torrent, but it seems as though I have only text files, no .exe/installer program. When I try to open it, a window pops up asking me "open with or browse list of programs" Im not sure what program i need to open with. There was a link that said if you have questions click the link, so i did and after registering, here i am I like your site, but Im still having issues with the torrent. Any help is appreciatted.

Hi,

Make sure that your antivirus isnt blocking anything.
