Can't install Microsoft Office 2016 in Mac OS Catalina 10.15.7

Can anyone help me? I can't seem to activate the Microsoft Office 2016 that I got. The prompt I get for example says, "You can’t use this version of the application “Microsoft Outlook” with this version of macOS. Your version of Outlook is 15.13.3."

You need to install newer version of office for your Mac.

You need to download the 16.16.14 Office update from M/S and install it.
