Forum group changing

I believe that there needs to be new groups replacing the old ones, like a group for the support team, for people who post alot in the support team, someone who answers requests etc. stuff like that Make the site a bit more active
As well as cleaning up some of the old global mods and replacing their posts due to inactivity.
