Good day all, My name is Greg Rickson, I am a 42 year old Desktop Support Technician, working in the beautiful South African East Coast of Durban, Kwazulu Natal. I am currently, 21 December 2015, Married to Silvia Rickson and we have 1 child Jarrad Rickson who is now 9 years old. A total terror if you ask me ... but then again aren't all boy at that age terrors ?
I personally support about 100 users on their workstations, main issues as always is Printing .. I HATE PRINTERS !!!
But it keeps me employed so guess I am thankful for that !! :danca:

Hi Greg,

I agree, printing is the bane of every admin's existence. I remember my days as a Desktop admin. Now I support the server side of things. Can't say I miss it much. To ease some of your printing woes, you should look into some tech that has recently gotten a lot of rave reviews. Print Release from Lexmark. Great product.
