hard drive recovery

good morning everyone my name is hope.
I have a small problem my external hard drive crashed all data was lost I am looking for an excellent program to recover my lost data after a format of the external drive.
I have tried wondershare data recovery but that turned out to be a total disaster
If anyone can help me I would surely appreciate it.

I have tired few of recovery softwares, i think Recover My Files best option.
