Hi All!
I (too) am having issues with "Adobe Photoshop CC 2018 19.1.0.38906 (x64) Portable ". The software install and opens, but seems to be locked and can only close via TaskManager. I've followed the instructions in the README, but no luck. I'm running Win 10. Any suggestions?
