Lightroom Classic 2024 - problem activating plugins

I'm wondering if there's a way to activate a plug-in I use called Negative Lab Pro within Lightroom Classic. When I type in my serial number for my plug-in I receive the error: "Could not connect. Check internet connection and turn off firewalls." I'm assuming this is because connections to Adobe's servers are severed.

Any work around?
