Microsoft Office PRO Plus 2021 Retail Version 2108 Build 14326.20454 FULL Can't find app

I have installed and activated Microsoft Office PRO Plus 2021 Retail Version 2108 Build 14326.20454 FULL but if i search for open Word, Excel etc Can't find the app but if i try to open a word file it works. In this way i can't make new files. What can i do?

On your desktop - Right-click > New > Word document

Find winword.exe and create a desktop icon
> Run this on your browser:
