You can always call Microsoft Store from the browser.

Type in any recent browser:

ms-windows-store:WindowsUpgrade

A copy Downloaded off the net not activated, will sometimes have windows store not working.

Nothing to do with Windows Store.

I didn't even know my store was broken until I ran across this thread . LOL But that did the trick for me.
