nero 2015 burning rom final

hi all Ive had nero 2015 successfully downloaded and installed on my system, and was in regular use with no issues until this morning when it started prompting me to purchase the full version.
Is anyone else getting the same issue?

even tried reinstall but tells me the trail version is no expired.
can anyone recommend another programme similar to Nero 8 that I can use ?

Unfortunately with reinstalling any program that gives you a message of despair that it is not going to work, it's because the information in the REGISTRY was not removed prior to the reinstallation.
Once it is removed from the registry you would need to reboot your PC then reinstall the program and it will work again. What I think is probably wrong with your Nero 2015 is that it may have generated a corrupt file which caused it to not work properly.
