New and Need Help

Hi, I'm new hear and found this site through piratebay while I was doing a search for vmware workstation and since I'm pretty noobie and not tech savvy I wasn't able to get the vmware software up and running. Is there anyone here that can help me out? I'm not tech savvy so if you guys don't mind I'll prefer instructions without all the technical jargon and more of a go here click here do this do that kind of thing.

it was antivirus blocking it from installing, had to create exclusion
