PLEASE HELP ME. Can't get MS Office to work?

I downloaded 2 programs to install MS Office from these awesome guys "The Windows Forum / Trumper DC" and I followed the install instructions in the Read Me File. The instructions are very simple, just install and patch it. There's just one problem. THE PATCH FILE DOESN'T EXIST. There is no patch file. And the patch folder has nothing in it except for the exact same Read Me File which says the same thing about installing it. The second program for MS Office is similar. The Read Me File just says install it and then run the Activator File as Administrator. BUT THERE IS NO ACTIVATOR FILE. It doesn't exist again. So am I missing something here? Are these program downloads just garbage or what am I missing here? Where are the key files?

Windows Defender or whatever A/V program you have installed gobbled that patch up as soon as you opened the RAR archive. Didn't the ReadMe file instruct you to completely disable your A/V program(s)? If you are unsure upload the patch or fix to virustotal before you install it. Youe A/V program will just quarantine or delete it.
Microsoft has a real hard on for cracks that are intended for their applications: Office , Windows, Etc.

The Read Me File doesn't say anything about disabling Windows Defender or A/V program. It just says install the problem and patch it. Nothing else. I can try disabling the anti-virus and downloading it again. But I have a strong feeling the patch file will STILL be missing.

Always exclude your Downloads folder and torrent downloads folder from being scanned by Microsoft.

In the tray, click the Windows Security icon, then click Virus & Threat Protection, then click Manage Settings, then click Add or Remove Exclusions. In here, we select the Add exclusions button, then select the option folder. From here, select the folder or drive you want to add to the exclusions, and then nothing will get flagged or removed. When I make these changes, I reboot, but it should not be necessary. I do it to make sure the exclusions are working. I created a step-by-step post for this; it is another post from some time back with images. You can also turn off Smart App Control under Windows Security, App & Browser Control After a fresh install these are the first things I set before I start installing any patched apps or downloads.
