A very detailed comparison of the current batch of uninstaller programs.
Honestly if you are a member of this forum, one of these is a must have in your toolbox. As already been mentioned, most offer to monitor the installation of a program which insures a good uninstall, when and if the time comes. Sadly I neglect to use that feature, I am usually in a hurry to get the program installed (and hopefully) up and running. I admit it, a bad practice.
I found this study informative and found a new program to take a look at, "Bulk Crap Uninstaller". Please draw you own conclusion. I am not read anything to break my very long relationship with Revo, it has treated me well. Food for thought and in the future, it gives me options.

Love remove uninstaller pro :)
 
Revo is the first thing I install after installing and updating Windows....
Just download and testing Uninstalr, it found a lot of leftovers of old uninstaled software...
jv16 PowerTools from the same author seems super, will test it too...
