Ah, my apologies for the wasted time. I extracted the rar but did not run the setup in the extracted folder. Many thanks.

On "Adobe Acrobat PRO DC 2020.009.20063 FULL [TheWindowsForum]", I got the same windows can not install update patch when
3) Install "AcrobatDCUpd2000920063.msp"

I have installed and uncheck "launch" before clicking finish.
2) Install "Acrobat_DC_Web_WWMUI.exe" with trial when it ask for serial
