Have tried 2 downloads from Thumper for Microsoft Office in windows 11 and neither will allow activator to work. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Have you disabled windows defender real time monitoring and any other a/v before you downloaded the activator?

Thanks for the reply yes it turns back on and the activator will not let run as admin or find app to run it.

Thanks for the reply yes it continues to turn back on.....I could not run the activator as admin and it kept asking for app to run it.....

Hey,

Could you please share more details?
Sure. Thanks for all your hardwork. I was able to finally get the defender completely turned off and restore the activator. I used the activator and directed in the readme but when I opened office it still asked for an activation key???

Explanation.

check MANAGE BITLOCKER and your AI settings. If either or both ar active then this activator and its resulting changes will be encypted and blocked by Microsoft.

Ove recent weeks the activity that Microsoft have installed without people noticing is coming to the fore.

Ive added info about this to a post I have made and a reply made to another string.

The activator works, its your drive that doesnt. The activator downloads a now encrypted key file from your registry, writed back an unencypted version and without the Encryption Key and user account details its data is useless.

Microsoft want to control the world and in a recent Statement made by MS "We want AI to see what you see, Hear what your hear and be that useful friend you never knew you had" What they did NOT say was they wanted to control programming exzcellence of others to do what they want, not what anyone else wants.

Simple point you can no longer do. Backup a bitlockered drive from one machine and try to install it on a new drive. Outcome Bricked drive. Try to install the backup on a new PC same outcome. Bitlocker encrypts the NTFS file map as well so it is just for the one machine.

A similar thing Apple did to thier machines to stop people repairing, playing and dare i say it Hacking program perameters.

Security is no longer your own.

And hope it isnt a code sniffer thats stopping it.

Looking into Linux swap. Either be Ubuntu or Mint im thinking.

move .cmd file in desktop, rename it to something shorter, exmaple win11 and then run as administrator.
I have tried to turn off all ai on my computer. what I have read about turning off bitlocker looks daunting. Is there an easy way to turn that off? Thanks so much for all you do.....

I moved a couple of my systems to mint. Pretty friendly and no bad habits I have found yet. Still becoming accustumed to the syntax, not too bad.

Im kind of lookiong closely at Ubuntu as well as Mint.

Obviously the ideal swap would be to have one that can interprit the full windows catalogue. Then there are the driver issues. Dunno its an interesting project to play with.

Mister. Windows is always changing and Defender must always be completely disabled. If small ammo can't destroy the target, use larger ammo. Multiple paths lead to the same goal. If you can't take one, take another. I don't use Office anymore but another program I installed this now for trial. I haven't used Office in over a year.
