<t>I'm getting the same problem as "kabal": "Setup cannot find a previous version of Windows installed on your computer. To continue, Setup needs to verifiy that you qualify to use this upgrade product", is there any solution?</t>

Is there a version that doesn't prompt for a key during install? I don't always carry the list of keys with me when I do installs for people, haha.</t>

hi!<br/>
<br/>
I've used the iso image to install Win XP in a Mac virtual machine managed with Parallels 9.<br/>
Installation process asks for a Volume Licence Product Key.<br/>
<br/>
Can you help on this?<br/>
<br/>
Thanks in advance!<br/>

What I would do is:<br/>
1. Ensure the CD/DVD is clean.<br/>
2. Check the BIOS for abnormal values (such as making sure all your memory is registering, etc)<br/>
3. Run the installation again.</r>

You can use a utility to extract the contents of the ISO file, to your USB (or hard drive).<br/>
One such utility I've used in the past is "GBurner".<br/>
<br/>
Burning a CD/DVD from the ISO image and, then copying the files from the CD/DVD to USB, is another method.</r>

Try using a different key.<br/>
<br/>
It may not still be applicable but, in the past, the only difference between a full installation and an upgrade, was the key. <br/>
<br/>
eg. The software package is exactly the same, the key just tells it which way to act.</r>

My practice is to add a text file onto the install disk, so that it's always there when needed.<br/>
<br/>
You can insert the file into the ISO before burning, by using a utility such as 'GBurner'.<br/>
<br/>
Or, the old fashioned way - Texta it onto the disk.</r>

Re: Windows XP Professional SP3 2013/2014 [Support]

<t>Kumi3, thanks for the reply, the thing is I get that error even before I'm asked for anything. It's right after the blue screen that load all the different files. (DOS-like)</t>

Looks like you are trying to open iso file directly, you need to use USB (ISO TO USB) or CD to be able to install it. Use USB or CD and make sure to set USB/CD to boot 1st from BIOS.<br/>
<br/>
Good luck.</r>

Re: Windows XP Professional SP3 2013/2014 [Support]

<t>excuse me for asking this dumb question.., is this really Windows XP Professional SP3 2014 Including Microsoft updates until 14.02.2014 ?, cause the title of iso file is Windows XP Professional SP3 2013. In comment section of ****ass torrent which is where i downloaded this you said "torrent already edited". I like XP too much n would like to install this.. but I kind of a bit doubt.. b'cause of the title, therefor I ask this dumb question, thank you for uploading by the way.. many people still like XP like I do.<br/>
Cheers..</t>
