If anyone is looking for a newer method:

Obtain ISO
Download, install & run: "Windows USB / DVD Download Tool"
Insert USB / CD / DVD
Click next, next, select ISO, select USB / DVD / CD, confirm format, wait.

I've tried Windows ISO's from XP to 10 in any flavor [32, 64, multi, enterprise, home, technician, etc.] And I have never had this give me any issues.

Boots in all systems UEFI and EFI.
