Yeah I Know. A Photoshop Question

So I have an old ass Lenovo Y40-70. i7-4510U 4th gen 2 cores, 4 threads 2.0 GHz - bursts to 3.10 GHz. 16 GB LDDR3 (maxxed out) , Intel 4400 HD + AMD Radeon R9 M275 2GB . I found a copy of Adobe Photoshop 2021 22 3 0 49. If I attempt to install anything current it tells me in so many words, no way Jose'. I wonder is this is old enough to pull it off. Probably a project for tomorrow. Is this doable?
