That is one of the dumbest Window bugs of all time. Good rule of thumb to avoid it is keep you file and folder names as short as possible. The farther into a file tree the more sensitive it becomes. So.... If you get a file not found error this is one of the first things you should always check. 32 bit systems are more sensitive than 64 bit systems. Just keep it short and sweet.

Try to put crack in installation folder, mostly C:/Program files/Adobe/AcrobatDC, and check is it crack for version that you have

For me, I forgot to open the setup file and when I did, I didn't get the error.

That is the first thing that you must to do, to install a program (run setup)
