Check about page, is it showing that product is activated? Try editing some sime pdf file.

Yes that is "normal." For me this is the last working version of Foxit PhantomPDF.

Try downloading another cracked copy or downgrade to a more stable version.

I said that from the old version of Phantom, only the version in the picture works for me. I never found a newer version of Phantom to work. Only these latest versions like Foxit PDF Editor Pro 11.2.0.53415 work for me. I love the older version and I use that.
