Need help with Microsoft Office PRO Plus 2021 Retail Version 2108 Build 14326.20454

I'm new to all this (sort of). I haven't done this in years, so forgive my ignorance.

I followed these instructions in the .txt file:

Instructions:
1) Mount ISO and install office
2) Make sure Office setup is closed, from Activator Folder run as ADMINISTRATOR "KMS_VL_ALL_AIO" and type 1
DONE!

I'm a little confused about why when I open Word for example, it requests a product key, consisting of 25 spaces, or 5 X 5 spaces. I simply exit. Then, when I try to create a new document, there's a yellow banner that reads, "PRODUCT NOTICE Word hasn't been activated. To keep using Word without interruption, activate before Sunday, September 21, 2025.", followed by a button to "Activate", followed by an "x". I click x and the banner goes away, but I'm worried that something will happen on the 21st. Did I miss something? or is this just going to stay there always?

Note I did do steps 1 + 2 offline.

Hi,

Please close Microsoft Word or any other Microsoft Office application. Then run the activator file and follow the installation instructions. After the activation is complete, you can open Word again to check the activation status.

How to Activate Windows / Office / Extended Updates (ESU)?​

Method 1 - PowerShell ​

   Click the Start Menu, type PowerShell, then open it.
2. Copy and paste the code below, then press enter.
   • For Windows 8, 10, 11:
     

     irm https://get.activated.win | iex
3. The activation menu will appear. Choose the green-highlighted options to activate Windows or Office.
4. Done!

Method 2 - Traditional (Windows Vista and later)​

1. Download the script: MAS_AIO.cmd or the full ZIP.
2. Run the file named MAS_AIO.cmd.
3. You will see the activation options. Follow the on-screen instructions.
