Time for a wipe and reinstall. The longer this infection hangs around, the higher the chance your computer becomes further compromised. Isolate all your data files in a off-line place if possible. Scan them before reloading them into your working drive if needed.
I would be cautious and suspect of any old programs you plan to reload, esp. the cracked ones. Don't go on your own intuition on what you feel, it's not 100% fool-proof.

In most cases we need to delete the Windows files in the temp folder as well, as it resides in the temp files, so delete the folder with the bad files, then delete everything in the temp folder, and reboot. I suspect this will fix the issue.
