2 beginner questions

can someone help me out im looking for newest thumper DC s i wanted to install a nice clean xp version therefore needed them.
include the xp download were some hashfiles how do i use them can someone please help me out. im a beginner, so i very apreciate someone can explane me my questions? i hope someone else had the same questions,
