Hey guys, I just did a clean install using ThumperDC's Windows 8.1 and I've noticed a lot of people on here can't seem to get it activated.
What I did was download KMSpico's v9.1 Activator and all you have to do is make sure that you aren't connected to the internet and use it offline and I had no problems at all.
Sorry for advertising another program - just trying to help people who are in trouble.
