I saw this torrent being listed "Windscribe VPN 50 GB Per Month For 1 Year (Voucher Only)". Now do as you wish with a caveat.
Back in the day they had these things called public proxies. An early version of VPN that anyone could access provided you had the settings (which were easily determined).
Now here's the rub: Many if not most turned out to be "honey pots" that could easily log questionable traffic on the Internet which resulted in prosecutions. I just wonder if that's what we are seeing here. Be careful, it a jungle out there.
