Checks.VBS - pop continuously reoccurring after numerous removal attempts.

HI Guys, I made a mistake an downloaded a VPN from a site , along came more than 300 trojans and viruses. I have run my system with Mcafee, Unhackme, Malwareby, Kasperkey, EST, Microsoft malware....but the pop still remains :aplause: , and my Windows programs are not working anymore with this. Windows was downloaded via this site.
