Wow Great post th3m! This certainly is a hot button item these days. Everyone is questioning the security and usefulness of these chat programs.
These chat apps are popping up like bunnies lately. Never was a big fan. I would like to see a chart with the group oriented apps/programs like telegram, who knows what, and did everyone forget about IRC? I think it's still the favorite of some "groups" out there. You never hear about someone getting busted for something they say or did on IRC, do you?
My rule of thumb is the more bells and whistles a communication program has, the more potential trouble they can cause. It never hurts to know exactly who you are chatting with.
